Due to the weather / facility changes this week, we will hold off starting spring track .
You may still bring paperwork to Coach Digby any day this weeks. Forms are available in the track office. If you ran indoor track you need no new forms. All new runners must have physical form on file from another sport or hand to Coach. Emergency care forms required for all athletes regardless of previous sports. Concussion Ed testing for athlete/parent required for all new athletes (fall/winter sports do not need.
PRACTICE WILL BEGIN MONDAY MARCH 2ND (long sleeves/long pants required daily til April)
Note new practice time of 2:40-5:00
