ATHLETIC AWARDS CEREMONY

ATTENTION: Varsity Winter Sports Participants, Coaches, and Parents

The Athletic Department will honor all varsity winter sports participants at an Awards Ceremony on Monday, February 29th, at 7:00 p.m., in the Lake Braddock cafeteria.
Winter sports participants include members of the varsity teams in basketball, dance, gymnastics, swim/dive, indoor track, wrestling, and rifle club.
Parents are asked to bring a hors d’oeuvre or a dessert to share. The Athletic Department will furnish water, soft drinks, dishes, napkins and silverware. Also, there will be no decorating of tables. Your cooperation is appreciated by all.
A-L: Hors d’oeuvre M-Z: Dessert
7:00 – 7:30 Social
7:30 – 8:15 Presentation of team awards and 3.5 academic award certificates
8:15 Break out sessions (teams may move to separate rooms for more presentations if they wish)

**As a team, we will do our own awards presentation before the the banquet at 6:00 pm in Health Room G106.

Varsity Women's Gymnastics Season 2015-2016
Season Starts: November 9th
Tryouts: November 19th - 13th
Practice Times: Monday-Friday from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm (some morning practices @ 6 am- 7:30 am)
Practice Location: LBSS in the Cafeteria & in the gymnastics room (located in gym).
***Please see schedule given at first practice for practice times & locations.
Must Have the First Day of Tryouts: VHSL Physical Form & Emergency Care Card. (You can download these forms from this website...located under FILES.)
Club Gymnast: Please speak with Coach Hagan-Bowerman ahead of time about arranging modified practice schedule for the season. You will attend all practices but will accommodate with practices times.
If you are a person that is dedicated, has tons of heart, hardworking, has the desire to be the best that you can be... & most of all have FUN doing it all! Then this is the team for you. Come out & join the Lake Braddock Women's Gymnastics Team & continue the long tradition of excellence.
Don't forget that "MEET THE COACH NIGHT" will be Monday, November 16th at 7:00 pm in the cafeteria. Please come meet our coaches, along with our DSA and booster president. Looking forward to meeting each of you that night.
Please remember to bring me a senior picture (if you don't have yours back yet, then any head shot is fine) and bio of yourself so I can start putting together the "Senior Night" program. Please have this to me no later than Thursday, December 17th (right before winter break). Senior Night will be our first home meet on Jan. 14th. Many Thanks!
